The neoLab PCR plates, 96 well, PP are suitable for standard and real-time PCR applications. The individual wells hold a maximum volume of 300 µl (or 200 µl full rim, low profile) and can be easily sealed with foils (heat, adhesive foils) or lids. The PCR plates have thin-walled cavities that maximise heat exchange. The raised edges facilitate sealing with foil or lids. The PCR plates are available in the transparent version without rim, half rim and full rim, in the white version with half rim (suitable for the Roche Light Cycler LC 480). All PCR plates are free of RNase, DNase and human DNA. The PCR plates fit into most thermal cyclers (see overview). Alphanumeric coding of the plates. The flat lid strips are also suitable for real-time PCR.
