The ANALYSETTE 18 is a vibratory sieve shaker specially designed for processing large quantities of sieved material. It specifically avoids the disadvantages of lighter sieve shakers, where the sample and sieve weight can have a considerable influence on the sieving results. The ANALYSETTE 18 is ideal where manual sieving has to be replaced by mechanical sieving for reasons of cost or better reproducibility. By using the automatic evaluation programme, the sieving results are not only available more quickly, but are also more reliable. Errors in weighing and calculating the individual sieve fractions are eliminated, as the entire evaluation is carried out by the computer. Analysis method: Dry sieving Measuring range: 20 µm - 125 mm Max. sample quantity: approx. 15 kg. Sample quantity: approx. 15 kg Sieving time: approx. 5 - 60 min Max. sieve diameter: 450 mm / 18 mm Max. sieve diameter: 450 mm / 18" Range of application The ANALYSETTE 18 is used for particle size analysis and fractionation of coarse material. The maximum feed quantity of 15 kg per sieve material and sieve set also allows the use in pilot line production or for serial analyses of larger quantities. Mode of operation The ANALYSETTE 18 is a vibratory sieve shaker specially designed for processing large quantities of sieved material. It specifically avoids the disadvantages of lighter sieve shakers, where the sample and sieve weight can have a considerable influence on the sieving results. Two out-of-balance motors mounted at precisely defined angles in opposite phases generate optimum vibration of the test sieves mounted on the sieve plate. After the sieving time has elapsed, both motors are precisely braked. Due to this design, the material to be sieved is accelerated not only vertically but also horizontally, so that the material movement is subject to a permanent change of direction, which leads to a shortening of the sieving time and an increase in the separation efficiency. The performance features at a glance Three-dimensional sieving movement for fast sieving results without manual re-sieving and optimum reproducibility Control by remote control via a separate, handy operating element Up to 12 test sieves can be sieved per operation; Up to 12 test sieves (65 mm high) with sieve pan and lid can be used Sieves from 20 µm to 125 mm according to ISO 3310-1, ASTM E-11-1995 available Universal mounting plate for sieves Ø 200, 250, 300, 315, 350, 400, 450 mm resp. 8, 12, 16 or 18 inch sieves can be calibrated according to ISO 9001 Automatic amplitude control with permanent acceleration measurement of the entire sieve tower Multilingual AUTOSIEB programme for automatic evaluation, monitoring and documentation of sieve results Material capacity up to 15 kg TwinNut quick-action clamping system for sieves and sieve clamping lid, for constant clamping pressure and stability; for constant clamping pressure and stability Robust construction for difficult ambient conditions Two maintenance-free unbalance motors 2-year warranty AUTOSIEB programme The multilingual AUTOSIEB programme for automatic evaluation, easy monitoring and documentation of your sieving results – is supplied on a practical USB stick and is therefore quick to install. All you have to do is connect a laboratory analytical balance and weigh the sieves in a differential weighing before and after sieving. AUTOSIEB does the rest. The software, which is suitable for Windows 7, XP and Vista, also makes it easy to store and retrieve sieve weights, both for individual sieves and complete sieve sets. Equipment The ANALYSETTE 18 high-load test sieve shaker is supplied as standard with tensioning and sieve cover, but without test sieves and sieve pan. For the sieving of fine-grained material or agglomerates, the use of e.g. Vulkollan sieve pan is advantageous. ANALYSETTE 18 Heavy Duty Sieve Shaker
