The Arium® Mini is filled with pre-treated feed water (deionised water or reverse osmosis water). To do this, fill a storage vessel with a maximum of 5 litres of pre-purified water. Through a small hose, the system draws the water from the supply vessel into the interior and stores it in a 5-litre bass tank. The bagtank technology is unique because it eliminates the need for tank cleaning. If contamination is detected in the 5-litre bag, it is simply replaced. This procedure eliminates the need for cleaning agents and prevents the formation of a permanent biofilm. To turn the deionised water or reverse osmosis water type 1 in the tank into ultrapure water (according to ASTM), it passes an optional UV lamp (please order the H2O-MM-UV-T version for this) to reduce organic impurities, flows through a cation-anion exchange cartridge to achieve the conductance of 0.055 µS (18.2 MOhm). In the final purification step, one can choose between sterile final filter and ultrafilter. The ultrafilter is required for DNAse-, RNAse- and endotoxin-free water. The system offers a very intuitive character-based menu navigation via a touch display. A small footprint of only 28 cm width leaves you plenty of space on the lab bench. The fact that the system does not need to be connected to a stationary water source means that you are extremely flexible in your choice of display location. arium® mini, arium® mini Lab Water System Ultrapure water (Type I) < 10
