DURAN® Mixing Cylinder, hexagonal base, Class A, 500 ml DURAN® Mixing Cylinders are used for diluting solutions and mixing several components in the specified proportions. They are available in two different accuracy classes – Class A with main point ring graduation and Class B with line graduation. In addition, the accuracy classes are differentiated by colour, the DURAN® mixing cylinders with accuracy class A have a blue scale, the mixing cylinders with accuracy class B have a white scale. The tolerances for the volume correspond to the error limits according to DIN and ISO for measuring and mixing cylinders. Mixing cylinders that have accuracy class A and a batch number are supplied with a batch certificate. This certificate documents the mean value resulting from the measurement of the given batch, the standard deviation and the date of issue. The batch certificates are also available online. The batch number consists of four digits. The first two numbers indicate the year of production, the following two the batch, e.g.: 18.01.
