Note: this set requires the SET-01 Base program and SET-32 Count;ET Inventory: SET-52 Inventory serves as an assistance program and database that enables even users without prior knowledge to carry out inventory processes quickly and without errors. Users only need to focus on identifying inventory objects, e.g. by barcode scans, while the program handles the entire counting process independently;Simple process: the procedure could not be easier – scan the barcode, place the object on the scale, done. Then move directly to the next item;Inventory organization: each inventory can be divided into different 'jobs' depending on storage location, product group, etc. Each inventory job is carried out, completed and stored separately. This makes it possible to divide large inventories into meaningful sections and have them processed by different teams;Approval process: inventories can be provided with an approval process so that, after completion, the results must be approved by an authorized user role;Inventory list: EasyTouch outputs a clear list of all recorded items with the respective counted stock. It is possible, for example, to compare a current inventory with the previous year's inventory. The system then automatically calculates stock differences between the two inventories;ERP Connect: this optional extension allows inventory lists to be imported, for example, from existing merchandise-management systems and results such as current stock levels to be exported back to them;Weighing and counting: the stock value can either be adopted as a counting result from the scale, entered manually or taken over from a comparison inventory;Data import: the master data of inventory items can be imported into EasyTouch either via an interface from an ERP system or by means of an Excel list;License information;License scope: one license can be operated on one terminal device (PC, laptop, Android tablet);
