Note: the SET-01 Base program is required for this set;The tolerance weighing function allows fast, simple and complex checkweighing operations. The user specifies a lower and upper weight limit. With EasyTouch, a large number of objects can be weighed and the system indicates whether the respective weighing value is inside or outside the defined limits. This function is used, among other things, for sorting and portioning as well as quality assurance;The limit values are entered quickly and easily via touchscreen or PC. There are two options: either a lower and upper value is set as an absolute limit, or a target value is defined with a permitted lower and upper deviation. The permitted deviations can be entered either as an absolute value in 'g' or as a relative value in '%' of the target value;Central master-data memory: checkweighing objects can be stored in the system memory with target weight and lower and upper limits. This means the limits do not have to be entered repeatedly and can be called up conveniently from memory. A possible tare value for the packaging, box or container in which the object is typically located can also be stored in the master-data memory and is then automatically deducted from the weighing result;ID protection: the 'ID protection' function makes it possible to assign each weighed and stored classification result a unique ID number (Dynamic Object ID) and ID name (Dynamic Object Name), e.g. using a barcode scanner. Storage can be performed semi-automatically or fully automatically whenever the scale is unloaded and then loaded again. This means the user does not need to press any keys during mass storage and can work efficiently;Colored bar graph: quickly and clearly shows the user whether the weighing result is below, within or above the tolerance range. The result marker 'I' additionally visualizes exactly where the weighing value lies within the tolerance range;Full mode: in full mode, the result-display area is colored across the full width of the screen in the respective result color of the tolerance weighing;Lot ID: in addition to 'ID protection' for each individual object, a 'lot ID' can be assigned to a complete inspection lot. This lot ID number is stored with each individual save operation. This ensures that all stored results can later be identified in the dynamic data memory using this lot ID;Tolerance function in pieces: the checkweighing function can be carried out in g, kg or alternatively in pieces. For this purpose, the individual weight of the counting object (reference weight), the target quantity, and the upper and lower quantity limits can be entered;Tolerance function in percent: the checkweighing function can be operated in percent instead of g, kg or pieces. For this purpose, the target value and the upper and lower limits must be entered as percentages;Basic and Advanced mode: simple and fast use in everyday professional work;EasyTouch supports weighing processes in many professional applications. The user's focus is usually on another primary task – the weighing process is only an integrated sub-step. It should therefore be designed to be as simple, clear and error-free as possible;The so-called Basic mode reduces the user interface to the essentials and ensures streamlined, user-friendly operation. Procedure in Basic mode: in Basic mode, the user only selects the desired item, for example by barcode scan. The system then automatically performs the assigned function, such as weighing, piece counting, tolerance checks or other specific processes. The data are then saved – done. This automated procedure minimizes sources of error and noticeably optimizes the workflow;In Advanced mode, all functions are available in full. It is ideal for experienced users who regularly work with more complex requirements;Options;Central Save Server data-storage function (SET-10) for additional storage of all measurement data in a central local server directory. The measurement data from all weighing systems connected via EasyTouch and from all installed EasyTouch functions are stored here. Especially for users with multiple weighing systems, this provides the advantage of consolidating all weighing data in a single database and searching individual measurement data from different scales in only one table. Save Server data storage is also tamper-proof and immutable;SET-261 Audio Management: this option allows individual voice or sound files to be stored for specific events in the system. When the event occurs, the system plays the individual sound file instead of the standard sound file. For example, voice outputs for workshops for the blind can be stored, such as 'too light', 'OK' or 'too heavy', KERN SET-261;Quick key for frequently used objects:;- Automatic display of the last eight master-data objects used in the tolerance function in the footer of the weighing screen;- Efficiency: allows the user to select the appropriate object at the touch of a button;- Avoids searching for the appropriate object in the master-data memory, KERN SET-311;License information;License scope: one license can be operated simultaneously and independently on up to four terminal devices (PC, laptop, tablet);Users: an unlimited number of users can be created within one license;Scales: any number of scales can be created and operated within one license;Scale-to-terminal communication: the scale(s) can communicate with the PC, laptop or tablet via serial connection, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet or Wi-Fi;
