For slow, metered feeding for a narrow, targeted sample outlet of free-flowing materials. Total feeder length: 330 mm Feeder protrusion: 215 mm Max. feed rate: 1500 g/min Max. flow rate: 1500 g/min Min. flow rate: 1 g/min Range of application Slow, metered feeding of free-flowing materials to achieve a narrow, targeted sample outlet for a wide range of applications such as sample dividers, mills, mixers, scales. Can be combined with the rotary cone sample divider LABORETTE 27 and the rotor high-speed mill PULVERISETTE 14 to ensure continuous and precisely dosed sample feeding. Method of operation By vibrating a stainless steel trough, free-flowing material is conveyed from a hopper to the free end of the trough in a uniform stream. The conveying capacity can be individually adjusted on a separate control unit by changing the vibration amplitude of the trough. The vibration amplitude is controlled by a microprocessor-controlled control unit, which ensures that even the smallest quantities of material are conveyed absolutely uniformly. The performance features at a glance Trough and hopper made of polished stainless steel microprocessor-controlled electronics easy cleaning - hopper can be swivelled V-shaped feed trough for narrow, targeted sample discharge V- and U-troughs can be easily exchanged for each other maintenance-free components separate control unit tested safety (CE mark) 2-year warranty Equipment The vibratory feed trough is supplied as standard with V-trough, hopper and control unit, but without stand, which must be ordered as an accessory if required. The V-chute can easily be exchanged for the U-chute for an even, wide material outlet. LABORETTE 24 Vibratory Feeder
