The versatile one with 3 mm shaker orbit A high sample throughput is one of the everyday challenges that analytical laboratories have to cope with. Often, several analyses have to be prepared at the same time. To simplify these processes and the general workflow, a multi-vortexer has been developed. This can hold between 12 (Ø = 16–32 mm) and 26 (Ø = 10–16 mm) tubes (Falcon tubes or Greiner tubes). Reaction vessels with snap-on lids („Eppis“ or Eppendorff Cups) also find a secure hold. The 3 mm shaker orbit and a speed control of 150–2,000 rpm guarantee excellent mixing results. The integrated timer (up to 999 minutes) enables automatic termination of the shaking function. After the time has expired, a signal tone is emitted. This means that even if several tasks are being done at the same time, you can be sure that work processes will continue continuously.
