The Apera Instruments PH8500 pH meter is the perfect combination of digital processing technology, software design and electrochemical measurement technology, specifically developed for pH measurement of food (e.g. meat, cheese, fruit, etc.) and semi-solid/soft materials (e.g. soil). Includes 201T-F pH electrode for pH, redox and temperature measurement, with automatic temperature compensation. Features automatic temperature compensation (ATC) in the range from 0°C to 100°C. Calibration is performed with automatic recognition of buffer solutions. The meter offers a variety of useful functions. Intelligent self-diagnosis warns of out-of-range measurements, incorrect calibration and defective electrode. In addition, the device can give calibration reminders and check the date of calibration. Can be combined with various electrodes, such as the SWISS LabSen Spear electrode made of stainless steel, for pH measurement of food (e.g. meat, cheese, fruit, etc.) and semi-solid/soft materials (e.g. soil).
