ProfiSampler aluminium for solvents and flammable liquids explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC. With bottle thread GL 45 (suitable for Schott glass bottles 100 ml to 1000 ml). When sampling flammable liquids, the unit must be earthed. For this purpose, use the earthing cable and, if necessary, an additional antistatic set (see accessories). ProfiSampler aluminium, consisting of: Vacuum pump made of aluminium, with legs, ventilation valve and bottle thread GL 45 with glass bottle 500 ml, 5 suction tubes PA black (220 cm long, electrically conductive), hose cutter, brass hose weight, 20 seal-it bottle seals, earthing cable. While the MiniSampler is designed for use in the laboratory, the ProfiSampler has been specially developed for robust use in industry. Intended use Sampling of liquids from barrels, tanks, trucks, railway wagons, ships, waters, groundwater, etc. Vacuum sample collectors have the advantage that the liquid only comes into contact with the suction hose and the original sample bottle. Cross-contamination is largely avoided. The bottles are sealed immediately after sampling. The disposable suction hose can be replaced quickly. This ensures that pure samples are taken each time. If necessary, a new tube is used for each sample. Due to its small diameter (8 mm), the hose can also be guided to narrow, angled sample locations. The ProfiSampler can be supplemented with helpful accessories developed in practice. Three feet ensure that the ProfiSampler can be safely parked Filling level control, automatic reflux and overfill protection through the integrated vent valve Available with suction hose in PE, PA and PTFE, when highest purity is required Available with straight suction tubes for easier sampling, incl. transport container for orderly transport and disposal of the suction tubes Suction volume 200 ml, suction force of 0.5 bar Suction height from liquid surface 5 m WS Sampling bottles available in various materials and sizes Attention!
