The completely revised RV 10 auto is the flagship of the IKA rotary evaporator product line. Among other things, it convinces with innovative operation via a brilliant TFT colour graphic display, an integrated vacuum controller, cooling water monitoring and sophisticated safety standards. The RV 10 auto offers all the features for efficient, safe and economical operation. These include automatic control of the vacuum and the cooling water quantity. The intuitive operation guides the user quickly to the desired work result. Thanks to specially developed glass guides, the cooler makes extremely efficient use of the 1500 cm² cooling surface. The RV 10 auto allows the user to carry out individual procedures via the extended programming of ramps. Other innovative features such as soft start, right-left rotation in interval mode or the timer function for controlling time sequences make everyday laboratory work easier. The motor-driven lift with „safety-stop“ function ensures safety. In the event of a power failure, it automatically lifts the evaporator flask out of the heating bath. In addition, individually adjustable safety temperature circuits, dry-running protection, adjustable end-position detection to protect against glass breakage and a locking function ensure user safety. Furthermore, the collecting pistons as well as the cooler are also available in a coated version. The USB or RS-232 interface allows remote control using the IKA software „labworldsoft“ and the update option via the firmware update tool. The scope of delivery includes the vacuum hoses as well as water hose connections for your in-house cooling water supply. The new IKA Vacstar digital included in the scope of delivery is controlled directly by the RV 10 auto drive unit via the data cable supplied. - New: 4l heating bath - automatic boiling point detection - integrated vacuum controller - integrated solvent library with 40 pre-stored and expandable solvents - operation via brilliantn TFT colour graphic display - universal safety heating bath - optimised heating bath volume for fast heating - ergonomic carrying handles on the heating bath - safety temperature circuit - dry-running protection - 1500 cm² cooler with low space requirement - coated glass, evaporator pistons available - intuitive operation through simple menu guidance - programming of up to ten individual procedures - soft start - right/left rotation - timer function - end position detection - forcing-off device for stuck pistons - digital interfaces: USB and RS-232 interfaces for remote control - multilingual - automatic cooling water management - automatic ventilation - automatic heating bath management 100rpm [±%]: 1 Lift: motor stroke [mm]: 140 Timer: yes Dimensions (W x H x D) [mm]: 500 x 430 x 410 Weight [kg]: 18. 6 Permissible ambient temperature range [°C]: 5 - 40 Permissible relative humidity [%]: 80 Protection class according to DIN EN 60529: IP 20 RS 232 interface: yes USB interface: yes Analogue output: yes Voltage [V]: 100 - 240 Frequency [Hz]: 50/60 Power consumption [W]: 100 Power consumption standby [W]: 3.3
