For quantitative particle size analysis of solids and suspensions of all kinds by dry or wet sieving with woven test sieves or micro-precision sieves. Our top model with automatic amplitude control, programme selection, can be used as a calibratable and validatable test equipment in test equipment monitoring according to ISO 9001 and much more Dry sieving: yes Wet sieving: yes Micro-precision sieving: yes Amplitude control: automatic Calibratable test equipment according to ISO 9001: yes Range of application The ANALYSETTE 3 PRO vibratory sieve shaker is the ideal device for quantitative particle size analysis according to the well-known and proven sieving method. Particle size distributions of solids and suspensions of all kinds can be measured by dry or wet sieving. Sieving can be carried out with woven test sieves or micro-precision sieves. Our top model ANALYSETTE 3 PRO with automatic amplitude control and programme selection can be integrated as test equipment in the test equipment monitoring system according to ISO 9001 and used for monitoring internal company quality standards. The ANALYSETTE 3 PRO is an integral part of the laboratory certification as a test equipment capable of calibration and validation (the acceptance test certificate 3.1 EN 10204 for device calibration as well as the protocol for „installation-“ and „operation-qualification“ can be provided on request). Mode of operation In the classical sense, the ANALYSETTE 3 is a „throw screening machine“ in which an electromagnetic drive sets the screens in a vertical oscillating motion. The material to be sieved is periodically thrown upwards by the sieve mesh and, as it falls, is driven through the meshes of the attached test sieves. The performance features at a glance Microprocessor control and digital display of all functions - digital amplitude setting and control: AMPCONTROL Auto-validation of the sieving process via RS232 and AUTOSIEB for WINDOWS™ by on-line comparison of the nominal and actual amplitude up to 9 sieving programmes can be stored and recalled - integration into a test equipment monitoring system according to ISO 9001 possible (sieving machine can be calibrated as test equipment) micro and micro-interval operation for micro sieving power-save function (power-saving mode) interval and permanent operation AUTOSIEB for WINDOWS™ for automatic evaluation of sieve analysis including sieve tower tensioning EASYTWIST included in the price Modular system for a wide range of applications up to 10 test sieves and one sieve pan with a height of 50 mm each can be used per operation. ergonomically mounted membrane keypad IP65, splash-proof and precise digital timer 2-year warranty and tested safety (CE mark) Equipment The vibratory sieve shaker ANALYSETTE 3 PRO is supplied as standard without sieve clamping lid, sieves and sieve pan, which are available in different versions and must be ordered as accessories. The control and evaluation programme AUTOSIEB for WINDOWS™ is included in the price. The new sieve tensioning system TorqueMaster is also available as an accessory for automatic and reproducible tensioning of the sieve tower on the sieve shaker.
