Autoloop PRO for Gasprofi SCS micro series The fully automatic carousel for annealing inoculation loops. The eyelet carousel Autoloop PRO, suitable for up to 4 inoculation loops, was developed according to current requirements in laboratories of microbiology, cell biology and biotechnology. Modern construction. The stable housing allows comfortable and easy handling of inoculation loops. With removal positions on both sides, the carousel is equally suitable for right- and left-handed users. Modern construction. The stable housing enables comfortable and easy handling of inoculation loops. Removal positions on both sides make the carousel equally suitable for right- and left-handed users. Environmentally conscious and economical. Precise annealing time extends the life of the inoculation loops and reduces gas consumption. Continuous working during the annealing and cooling phases of the inoculation loops saves up to 70% time and guarantees rational working. More comfort. With the fully graphic display, you always have an overview. The graphic menu navigation makes it easy to select all functions quickly. The annealing and cooling time can be set to the second. During the annealing process, the display shows the remaining annealing time. The Autoloop PRO rotates and controls the annealing fully automatically. No accidental killing of the inoculation material by inoculation loops that are too hot: Once the annealing process is complete, the remaining cooling time and the removal positions of cool inoculation loops are shown in the display. If necessary, all suspended inoculation loops can be annealed by a full rotation of the carousel. For additional flame sterilisation (e.g. of bottle necks or test tubes), a foot pedal* can be operated during the automatic workflow. For this purpose, the Autoloop PRO rotates the inoculation loop out of the flame position and releases the flame for other sterilisation processes. More safety. The steep position of the inoculation loop holders also frees the union nut of the holders from possible contamination. In addition, an intelligent sensor of the Autoloop PRO monitors safe sterilisation. Resistant. All-round stainless steel, anodised aluminium and with a display protected by special glass, the Autoloop PRO withstands even extreme laboratory conditions. Less is more The low gas consumption and the great time savings set new standards in the laboratory.
