Note: this set requires the SET-01 Base program and SET-32 Count;Assembly and order picking of a bill of materials is made significantly easier with Assembly Count;When selecting, picking or assembling goods, e.g. an assembly kit, ensuring the correct number of each component is the decisive quality factor;Assembly Count enables this by specifying the exact target quantity for each part and ensuring compliance with this quantity by counting every part on the scale (gravimetric piece-counting process);The exact target quantity with permitted tolerance can be stored in the software for each component. Because the piece weight is also known, the software, together with the scale, can quickly check the quantity actually counted and display any necessary quantity corrections;Result display after completed selection processes for all elements in the bill of materials, either in table or graphical form;User-role management can ensure that target quantities in bills of materials can only be changed by authorized users. Since the users carrying out the work can also save physically correctly counted and weighed partial quantities, counting errors in the picking process are largely eliminated;Each item in the bill of materials can be created with its own master data, such as reference weight per piece or ID number. The ID number enables the item to be identified by barcode scan. Scanning increases security by preventing incorrect parts from being added;By monitoring the selection process with the scale and Assembly Count, not only are complaints and errors due to missing parts avoided, but unnecessary costs caused by supplying too many parts can also be successfully prevented;Process documentation: thanks to the software-based selection process in which every step is recorded and documented, the quality of the assembled goods in terms of completeness and freedom from errors can be fully demonstrated;Manual input: an item that does not need to be counted can also be stored in a bill of materials, e.g. because it is packaged in a fixed sales unit. Such an item can be permanently stored as a 'manual quantity';Bill-of-materials element printing: while assembling or picking a bill of materials with several elements, an automatic printout can be created after an element has been entered or counted successfully. This allows each counting operation to be documented as a printout in parallel with standard storage in EasyTouch;Options;Central Save Server data-storage function (SET-10) for additional storage of all measurement data in a central local server directory. The measurement data from all weighing systems connected via EasyTouch and from all installed EasyTouch functions are stored here. Especially for users with multiple weighing systems, this provides the advantage of consolidating all weighing data in a single database and searching individual measurement data from different scales in only one table. Save Server data storage is also tamper-proof and immutable;EasyTouch Quick Key (SET-311): this function allows specific master-data objects to be reserved for specific user roles. The selected objects are displayed to these users as quick-access buttons on the screen;Activation of element printing: when creating or maintaining a bill of materials, automatic individual-component printing can be activated or deactivated for each element;Auto print: if automatic individual-component printing is activated, when this bill of materials is used, a print job is automatically triggered on the stored default printer after the relevant element has been entered in the correct quantity and saved – without any additional manual action by the operator;License information;License scope: one license can be operated simultaneously and independently on up to four terminal devices (PC, laptop, tablet);Users: an unlimited number of users can be created within one license;Scales: any number of scales can be created and operated within one license;Scale-to-terminal communication: the scale(s) can communicate with the PC, laptop or tablet via serial connection, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet or Wi-Fi;
