Note: the SET-01 Base program is required for this set;Batch management: dual batch management makes it possible to record and archive batch information for incoming materials (components), as well as enter and store batch information for the end product – the formulation (compliance with 21 CFR Part 11);Multi-device use/management: during a work process, it is possible to select between different scales, e.g. high-capacity scales for rough measurements and precision balances for fine measurements (weighing system/counting system). The measurement results from all scales are stored in a uniform results log, including their origin (compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, among other standards);Graphical result display: display of the individual recipe components in the form of a bar graph for a clear overview of a recipe;Automatic correction function: after accidental overdosing of one component, the system automatically calculates the quantities of the other components that need to be added. The user is guided step by step through dosing the remaining components, supported by a clear bar graph and the corresponding target weights;PC printing function: all relevant recipe data can be printed clearly using a standard PC printer. Alternatively, SET-14 can be used to print a compact label, e.g. for attaching to a filled bottle, container, carton, etc.;Automatic multiplication function: the user only needs to enter the desired total weight of an order for the recipe. The system then automatically calculates the required quantities of the components;Recipe lock function: prevents changes to recipes. In the basic recipe settings, the right to modify the recipe can be restricted to specific user groups;Pause function: a recipe can be configured to allow interruptions. In this case, a recipe can be saved incomplete when leaving the application or manually. When it is called up again, the user is taken directly to the step where the recipe was interrupted and can continue seamlessly;Central component management: components of recipes are stored in the central master-data memory and can be used in different recipes. A component can be called up by its ID number via barcode;Open or fixed component sequence: when planning a recipe, it can be defined whether the components must be dosed in the specified fixed sequence or whether the order in which the components are entered is unrestricted;Dosing assistant: allows entry of a target weight and permitted tolerance. During weighing, the system provides the user with visual and acoustic feedback on reaching the target weight. Visual feedback is supported by an intelligent bar graph with auto-focus on the target range. Acoustic feedback is provided by a beep;Component bars: clear display of the quantity ratio between components, which components have already been dosed successfully (green), which component is currently due (blue), and which components have not yet been added (yellow). With an open sequence, the next component can be selected manually by clicking the relevant component;Safety warning: a freely editable comment field can be displayed prominently at the start of a formulation process. This information can be used, for example, for safety instructions or warnings;Central measurement-data memory (Save Data Local): all printed and stored weighing and measurement data are saved here. Storage takes place either on the local evaluation device or centrally – for all connected weighing systems – in a server directory (SaveServer). All stored data are tamper-proof, i.e. stored immutably. Changes to master data are likewise stored tamper-proof in the dynamic measurement-data memory (data traceability). Dynamic data can be called up at any time and printed or exported as a table;Formulation can be carried out either continuously without removing the component that has been weighed in, or individually by removing each component after it has been weighed in;Component printing: when weighing out a recipe with several components, an automatic printout can be created after a component has been entered or dosed successfully. This allows each dosing operation to be documented as a printout in parallel with the standard storage of the dosing operation in EasyTouch.;- Activation per component: when creating or maintaining a recipe, automatic component printing can be activated or deactivated for each component.;- Auto print: if automatic component printing is activated, when this recipe (formula) is used, a print job is automatically triggered on the stored default printer after the relevant component has been dosed and saved successfully – without any additional manual action by the operator;Options;Central Save Server data-storage function (SET-10) for additional storage of all measurement data in a central local server directory. The measurement data from all weighing systems connected via EasyTouch and from all installed EasyTouch functions are stored here. Especially for users with multiple weighing systems, this provides the advantage of consolidating all weighing data in a single database and searching individual measurement data from different scales in only one table. Save Server data storage is also tamper-proof and immutable;Functions;Defined scale;- Assignment of a specific scale for weighing a specific component within a specific formula;- Automatic switching to the relevant scale when the user reaches this component in the recipe. This prevents errors caused by weighing on the wrong scale;- Documentation of which weighing operation was performed on which weighing device;- Ideal for qualified processes (IQ, OQ, PQ), e.g. pharmaceutical production;Component batch ID;- A batch ID can be defined as mandatory for a component when this formula is executed;- For every formulation process, the user must first enter the batch designation of the selected component before this weighing can be saved;- Output of the component batch ID in the print log of the completed recipe;Manual input: this function allows the user to enter a component without weighing it, e.g. a full sack or package with a reliable manufacturer's weight declaration;License information;License scope: one license can be operated simultaneously and independently on up to four terminal devices (PC, laptop, tablet). This means up to four terminal devices can record and store data within one license;Users: an unlimited number of users can be created within one license;Scales: any number of scales can be created and operated within one license;Scale-to-terminal communication: the scale(s) can communicate with the PC, laptop or tablet via serial connection, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet or Wi-Fi;
