Device qualification is much more than an administrative obligation. Qualification of weighing equipment checks whether the balance and the technology used are suitable for the intended process;Device qualification can be carried out on paper, but this involves a considerable amount of time and writing. KERN EQS software makes this process significantly more convenient and time-saving. With software support, master data, e.g. for the balance or user, only needs to be entered once and can then be copied to all relevant locations in the program. Even better: important master data for balances, such as maximum load or readability, can be taken completely from existing KERN systems by KERN EQS software;Benefits;One-time entry of master data: enter master data such as scale information or user details only once. Our software automatically distributes this information to all relevant locations within a qualification;Automatic data transfer: important scale data such as maximum load and readability are transferred directly from your existing KERN systems. No manual entry is required, eliminating potential sources of error;Efficient qualification: our software guides you through the qualification process by providing mandatory and optional fields. This ensures that all important information is available while processing time is minimized through one-time data entry;Signatures: these are entered and stored within KERN EQS software and then printed;User roles: clear separation between test users and review users to avoid violations of the four-eyes principle;Deviation list: deviations or errors lead directly to a task list that can be worked through;License scope;License term: 2 years – license renewal can be purchased in conjunction with KERN qualification training;Scope of software license: installable on up to 4 computers (PCs, tablets) or licensed to one (trained) person only. Applicable to any number of scales;
