For slow, metered feeding for uniform, wide sample discharge of free-flowing materials. Total tube length: 330 mm Tube protrusion: 215 mm Max. flow rate: 2500 g/min. Max. flow rate: 2500 g/min Min. flow rate: 5 g/min Range of application Slow, metered feeding of free-flowing materials to achieve a uniform, wide sample outlet for a wide range of applications such as sample dividers, mills, mixers, scales. Method of operation By vibrating a stainless steel trough, free-flowing material is conveyed from a hopper to the free end of the trough in a uniform stream. The conveying capacity can be varied individually on a separate control unit by changing the vibration amplitude of the trough. The vibration amplitude is controlled by a microprocessor-controlled control unit, which ensures that even the smallest quantities of material are conveyed absolutely uniformly. The performance features at a glance Chute and hopper made of polished stainless steel microprocessor-controlled electronics easy cleaning - hopper can be swivelled U-shaped feed chute for an even, wide material bed U- and V-chute easily interchangeable maintenance-free components separate control unit tested safety (CE mark) 2-year warranty Equipment The vibratory feed chute is supplied as standard with wide U-chute, hopper and control unit, but without stand, which must be ordered as an accessory if required.
