Complete fermenter with stand Glass reactor for incubation of microorganisms and cells made of chemically resistant Clean Save laboratory glass with high resistance. Plant function: These fermenters with a volume of 20 l are suitable for the incubation of microorganisms and cells. The reactor allows a quick and uncomplicated experimental set-up. The stirred vessels can be filled with the intended medium via a lid nozzle. The medium in the vessel can be stirred speed-controlled by the stirrer and degassed or gassed via the lid nozzles. Depending on the viscosity of the substrate, it can be automated with adapted pumping technology. Reactor connections: The reactor has large threaded connections on the side for sampling, substrate overflow or optional expansion to a double-chamber system. Consisting of: 1.1.1, L52346001Bio reaction vessel 20 litre DN 200 for continuous experiments Flange vessel DN 200, semi-circular standing base, with two lateral GL connections for drain or, if necessary, overflow. Ä. D. 290 mm,H. approx. 480 mm, complete with lid, stainless steel clamps. Material: Clean Save laboratory glass The wide-necked 200 mm flanged lid allows easy cleaning of the vessel. The lateral connections allow the connection of drain taps, or as overflow, or for bypasses to other fermentation vessels. 1.1.2, L14023102 Cover for central thread of the bioreactor with integrated connections Serves to fix the temperature control coil and the stirring feedthrough. 2 screw cap GL 14, 2* screw cap GL 18, central cone for stirrer cap 1.1.3 , L14020331 stirrer cap with NS 29 for shaft 10 mm 1.1.4 L57818004 Cover for biogas reactor DN 200 middle neck: GLS 80 for stirrer cap, side necks; 3* GL 45, 2* GL 25, 1* GL 18. 1.1.5, 134290261 Flange clamp/ stainless steel for DN 200, flange gasket 1.2.1, L57818005 Stirrer KPG, stainless steel, anchor stirrer, for slow stirring speeds with large precision shaft with threaded bush. (adapted to vessel size) Stirrer blade (propeller stirrer, anchor stirrer) (adapted to stirring task) 1.2.2, L14020354 Flexible coupling for MyFerm 1.2.3,L14020212 One-piece precision shaft 10 mm with fine thread 1.2.4, L14020221 Anchor stirrer blade, 2-arm,blade height 350 mm, width 15 mm with threaded bush. (10 mm fine thread for stirrer shaft attachment) Stirring circle 180 mm. The blade height is designed for 20 litre vessels to break through e.g. floating layers. The narrow blade width allows flexibility with highly viscous materials to be stirred. Approved for low stirring speeds. 1.3, 88672001220A Heat exchanger stainless steel for 20 litre fermenter suitable for lid closure with slanted feedthroughs. Powerful heat exchanger for temperature control of the bioreactor via an external thermostat. 1.4, 886762954 Screw fitting for fixing the heat exchanger Screw fitting set for MyFerm 1.5.1, 9467400222 H-stand base, stainless steel with high stability for glass apparatus. Suitable for fermentation vessel 20000 ml with bottom plate for fermenter. *************************** Optional: Required for operation: -Stirring motor -Thermostat, for external temperature control tasks -Measurement transducer, (electrodes) depending on the task. *************************** Further recommended accessories: (e.g. for biogas applications) Stirring cap, with encapsulated V2A ball bearings for high gas tightness.(L14020332) Manual feeder L14020403 The feeding tube is inserted via one of the 45 mm cover nozzles. The substrate is placed below the floating layer so that there is no gas loss during feeding when the fermenter is filled. Laboratory reactor My Ferm I, 20 litres , set Complete fermenter with stand
