Microsart® @filter units, sterile and ready to use, combine a funnel and a grid membrane in one unit. They are specifically designed for the quantitative detection of microorganisms in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, beverages, water and other liquids. For sample volumes up to 100 ml, the use of Microsart® @filter 100 is ideal, larger sample volumes are simply filtered with Microsart® @filter 250. Graduations on the funnel support the readability of the filling quantity. The optimised design allows thorough rinsing after filtration. No liquid remains in the filter funnel. The click-fit closure ensures optimum tightness to the Microsart® base support 47 mm. Microsart® @filter units are the prelude to the new Microsart® @vance product family. Microsart® @vance stands for innovative products in microbiological analysis, especially colony count determination. This product line is characterised by only a few work steps from sample collection to incubation, with minimal risk of secondary contamination. All Microsart® products meet the strictest quality assurance standards. They deliver reliable results and simple, time-saving handling. In short: Microsart® @vance is 'advanced colony counting' from Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. Microsart® base support and funnel dispenserWith the Microsart® base support 47 mm, Microsart® @filter is the perfect complement to Combisart® and Microsart® Combi.jet stainless steel strips. The Microsart® funnel dispenser ensures the safe removal of individual sterile Microsart® @filter units. Effective and efficient quality assurance is the key to competitive, compliant products in the highly regulatory pharmaceutical industry.Products and raw materials in the pharmaceutical as well as biotechnological industries must be tested for microbiological contamination during manufacture and processing. Microorganisms in liquids are quantified using the membrane filtration method. The application of this method allows the determination of accurate colony counts of bacteria, yeasts and moulds when low bacterial counts are expected in large sample volumes. All components of a filtration system must comply with international guidelines such as USP, EP or ISO standards. ADDfilter 250,CN, white-black,0.2µm , si, Microsart® @filter 250
