As an extension of the existing classic line planetary mills, FRITSCH offers for the first time a premium line generation. For the first time, never-before-seen rotational speeds and thus ultra-fine grinding results down to the nano range can be achieved. FASTER, EASIER AND SAFER than ever before. Max. Feed size: (depending on material) 5 mm Max. sample size: 70 ml Max. sample quantity: 70 ml Final fineness: 0.1 µm Grinding process: dry/wet Main disc speed: 100 - 1100 rpm Applications Pharmaceuticals, mechanical alloying, metallurgy, ceramics, materials research, geology and mineralogy, chemistry, biology. Mode of operation FRITSCH premium line – Quantum leap into the nano class! Discover a completely new dimension of high-tech grinding with the new FRITSCH premium line. For the first time, we have sunk the grinding bowls. Ingeniously simple – ingenious in effect! For unprecedented numbers of revolutions and ultra-fine grinding results down to the nano range. Grinding has never been so safe: With the revolutionary SelfLOCK technology of the grinding bowls, the automatically checked locking in the mill, the blocking in case of impermissible operating conditions and the new automatic shut-off in case of imbalance, man and machine are optimally protected. FRITSCH. ONE STEP AHEAD. The performance features at a glance FASTER The recessed grinding bowls in the disc make revolutionary speeds of up to 1100 rpm possible for the first time with the FRITSCH premium line. As a result, the PULVERISETTE 7 premium line achieves sensational centrifugal accelerations of up to 95 times the acceleration due to gravity. This means that the energy input is around 150 % higher than that of classic planetary mills. The result: significantly shorter grinding processes, finenesses down to the nano range. Your practical advantage: more efficient work due to more prepared samples in the same time period. EASIER They are the heart of the premium line : the recessed bowls with the revolutionary SelfLOCK technology. For the first time, cup and lid form a fixed unit – no additional clamping, no incorrect operation! The cups are just as easily placed in the grinder, position themselves and lock securely into place. The grinding chamber of the premium line opens and closes automatically, turning the cup holders into a convenient position. Removing and opening the cups is also a matter of two simple steps. This means that, for the first time, a planetary mill is just as easy to operate as a centrifuge. And for easy cleaning, the entire grinding chamber cover is even completely removable. Your practical advantage: A decisive relief in your daily work. SAFER Grinding has never been safer: With the revolutionary SelfLOCK technology of the grinding bowls, the automatically checked locking in the mill, the blocking in case of impermissible operating conditions and the new automatic shut-off in case of imbalance, man and machine are optimally protected. Process reliability redefined: Via a special RFID chip, the mill automatically recognises the grinding bowls used, then optimises the speed and prevents impermissible grinding settings. Particularly practical: The automatic parameter check before each grinding guarantees exact reproducibility. All data can be read out particularly easily and quickly via USB, Bluetooth and Ethernet. A clear touchscreen guides you easily and precisely through the menu structure, desired start times can be programmed easily and precisely. Your practical advantage: guaranteed constant and optimal results – incorrect operation impossible. Equipment The planetary micro mill PULVERISETTE 7 premium line works with two grinding bowls of the size 20 ml, 45 ml or 80 ml and is delivered without grinding bowls and balls as standard. To achieve the best grinding results, all premium line grinding bowls and balls are available in 7 different materials. Contamination of the samples through undesired abrasion can thus be specifically avoided. To ensure that the grinding can be optimally adapted to each individual application, the grinding balls are offered in different sizes. PULVERISETTE 7 premium line Planetary Micro Mill
