SafetySpace™ filter tips create a larger free space between the sample and the filter than conventional filter tips. This allows any type of liquid to be handled with any pipetting technique without the risk of absorbing the valuable sample with the filter. This ensures 100% sample recovery and therefore greater accuracy. SafetySpace™ is particularly suitable for : foaming liquids such as buffers and proteins pipetting of solutions multiple dispensing functions of electronic pipettes reverse pipetting any other application requiring extra clearance in the tip The tips are made of pure polypropylene. The filter is made of polyethylene and contains no self-sealing additives to avoid any interference with the sample and results. The filter barrier helps to avoid cross-contamination of the sample and/or pipette and reduces pipette maintenance. The filter tips are available in several volumes from 10 µl to 1,200 µl and are packaged in colour-coded individual carriers. They are certified DNase-, RNase- and endotoxin-free and pre-sterilised. Due to the filter lock and the certified purity, the filter tips are ideal for: Molecular biology Microbiology Cell culture applications Working with radioactive material Reduced risk of sample absorption into the filter with the Safety Space feature Prevention of aerosol and liquid contamination with a filter barrier Ergonomic and easy insertion and ejection of tips, ensured by compatibility with the Optiload feature of Sartorius pipettes Easy, Easy, one-handed opening and closing of flip-top racks Easy fit with Sartorius pipettes with corresponding colour-coded tip carriers Improved tip identification and traceability through informative rack labels that show tip volume, product no, Contamination-free pipetting with DNase-, RNase- and endotoxin-free certified tips E-beam pre-sterilised for sterile work Environmentally friendly materials used in tips, carriers and racks are 100% recyclable BH Tip 0. 1-10F µl, ST (10x96), Prs, SafetySpace™ Filter Tip, 0.1-10 µl, sing
